Returns

You can return an unused device within fourteen days of delivery under our own returns policy. You do not have to give a reason.

To arrange it, message us in the chat or by email. The goods need to come back as they arrived, with the seals and packaging intact. Return postage is paid by the customer where the goods are sound and the right ones were sent.

Cartridges, coils and pods cannot be taken back once the protective seal is broken, on hygiene grounds. Unopened, we take them back without argument.

Refunds go back by the method you paid with, within ten days of the return reaching us. If a device arrives faulty the manufacturer warranty applies and we cover return postage.
