The order has a practical justification. A model many people search for usually has consumables that are easier to find, more write-ups online and longer manufacturer support. On hardware meant to last a year or two that counts for more than two hundred milliamp-hours.

It does not follow that the best-selling model is the best one for you. Anyone coming off cigarettes should be looking at a tight draw and a higher resistance even if that device sits lower down this list. Popularity describes the market, not your draw.
