Small enough to actually take with you

A device that stays at home because it will not fit a pocket simply does not get used. That is where large box mods fall down in daily life. The 6 models gathered here are built to sit in a shirt pocket, a jacket lining or a small bag without announcing themselves.

Batteries run between 1000 and 1650 mAh. That is less than a pod mod, but it is enough, because compact hardware almost always works in MTL at low power and draws accordingly little.

What you give up for the size

Two things, and both are worth knowing before buying. First, runtime: a compact device under heavy use will be on a cable by midday. If that bothers you, look for fast charging and twenty minutes will do it. Second, capacity: the cartridge holds 2 ml as everywhere, but on a smaller build you refill more often, because there are more draws per millilitre.

What you do not give up is vapour quality. Flavour comes from the coil, not from the size of the shell, and compact models run the same platforms as the large ones. An Argus P1 with a PnP cartridge does not taste worse than a Drag with the same cartridge.

Build quality counts for more on a small device

Compact hardware travels in trouser pockets, among keys and coins. It collects more scratches than a device that lives in a backpack. So the material is worth a look: zinc alloy and aluminium survive daily life better than lacquered plastic, and matte surfaces show wear far later than gloss.

How the cartridge seats matters just as much. A magnetically held unit does not work loose in a pocket. One that merely clips can let go, and then it leaks. The fixing method is stated in each model's spec table.

Everything here is the European edition

Colour does not change the price

Every finish of one model costs the same, because only the shell differs. Battery, wattage, cartridge platform and box contents are identical across variants, so choosing a colour is a question of taste and of how visible wear will be.

The difference shows elsewhere. Matte and satin surfaces barely take skin oil and stay tidy for weeks; gloss looks better on a shelf and carries visible hand marks within two days. Light tones show edge wear sooner, dark ones hold dust more visibly.

Dispatch and returns

Orders paid on a working day before 15:00 leave the warehouse the same day, others the next working day. Delivery normally takes one to two working days, and the tracking number goes out by email as soon as it ships.

Returns run to fourteen days from delivery and need no reason. Cartridges and coils cannot be taken back once the protective seal is broken, on hygiene grounds; unopened, we take them back without argument.
